Return and Refund Policy -
1. Any issues in the product has to be reported within 3 days of delivery post approval from our end. We would seek an unboxing video starting from opening of products till the end and samples / photos of products and storage. Post that No refund or no return.
2. PREPAID OR ONLINE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PLACED.
THEY WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY IN A CONDITION WHEN PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK OR SIZE/COLOR UNAVAILABLE. Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.
PROCESS OF CANCELATION
a. YOU HAVE TO MAIL US ON puneetmi215@gmail.com WITH YOUR ORDER ID AND CONCERNING ISSUE.
b. WITHIN 24 HOURS YOU WILL BE REPLIED ON SAME EMAIL.
c.YOUR CANCELATION WILL GO FOR REVIEW AND ONCE APPROVED YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ON SAME EMAIL.
d. ONCE YOUR REQUEST FOR CANCELATION IS APPROVED YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR DETAILS OF BANK ACCOUNT IN WHICH YOU WANT US TO SETTLE PAYMENTS
e. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CANCELATIONS /ORDERS SEPERATE REQUEST HAS TO BE MADE.
f. ONCE YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR BANK DETAILS 15 WORKING DAYS IT WILL TAKE FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED.
g. WE WILL SHARE SCREENSHOT OF SETTLED PAYMENT WITH YOU ON SAME EMAIL.
h. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED AS APPLICABLE.
